This includes your name, contact email, government-issued identification for manifest clearance, and billing details required for subscription and operational cost processing.

Data is collected at the point of account registration, during the application and vetting process, and throughout your active membership. All data collection is conducted in compliance with applicable data protection regulations and is limited to what is strictly necessary for platform operations.

2. Data Confidentiality & Protection

Flight itineraries, personal flight hours, aircraft share distributions, and passenger identities are treated as highly confidential. We utilize enterprise-grade encryption for all stored data and transactional records. All data at rest and in transit is protected using industry-standard cryptographic protocols.

We never sell, lease, or otherwise transfer user data to third parties for commercial purposes. Access to your personal data is strictly limited to authorized FracUse personnel who require it to perform their operational duties, and to regulatory authorities where disclosure is required by law.

3. Third-Party Integrations

Transactional emails and dispatch notices are securely routed through Mailjet API infrastructure under strict data protection protocols. Mailjet processes email delivery data solely for the purpose of transmitting platform communications and does not retain or use your data for independent commercial purposes.

Payment processing and electronic lease signatures are handled through compliance-certified gateways that adhere to PCI-DSS standards and applicable financial data protection regulations. FracUse does not store full payment card details on its servers.

All third-party service providers engaged by FracUse are contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality and security of any user data they process on our behalf.

4. Cookies & Platform Analytics

The FracUse platform uses session cookies and secure local storage to maintain authenticated sessions and user preferences.
